A clean 3-step flow built for speed, privacy, and clarity.
1) Upload a contract
Upload PDF or TXT. Your file is saved on your hosting (WHM/cPanel).
2) Text extraction
For PDFs, we use pdftotext if available. Otherwise, use TXT/paste.
3) AI summary + red flags
We send extracted text to the ChatGPT API server-side and store results in MySQL.
Privacy notes
Files live on your server. Summaries are generated via the OpenAI API on request.
Server-side only
Your OpenAI API key stays in config.php.
