At R&M Clothes, we understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your order. We aim to make the process as smooth as possible. Please review our cancellation policy below:

  1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

    • If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing the order. Orders canceled within this time frame will be eligible for a full refund.
    • To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at contact@rmclothes.com with your order number and cancellation request.
  2. Order Cancellation After Shipment

    • Once your order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. However, you can return the item in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy once it has been delivered.
    • Shipping times are typically 2-3 weeks. Orders over $200 qualify for FREE Shipping.
    • Shipping fees are non-refundable for orders canceled after shipment.
  3. Custom and Personalized Items

    • Custom-made or personalized products cannot be canceled once the production process has begun. Please contact our team for assistance if you have concerns.
  4. Refund Processing

    • Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 30 business days after your request is confirmed. The funds will be returned to the original payment method.
  5. How to Cancel
